Placing a couple shims in the right place is a good start. Here I pre-drilled a hole for the head of the screw that will be used to hold the cabinet and shims in place.

Inserting the screw at the same angle I pre-drilled, and screwing down through the shims grabbing the existing floor boards with the threads of the cabinet screw.
