Here I'm putting in an outside corner... the piece is cut and ready to go in place. Notice how I've cut out the back on the left side

This is why I've cut out a portion of the back...so it lines up with base of the other side of the outside corner. If I didn't cut out the back, the tile wouldn't sit properly on the perimeter molding.

Now I have a steal beam to deal with that separates the room. It's too much work to box in the beam and I obviously can't screw into it with drywall screws...So, I devised a hanging perimeter molding system that should carry the weight once the grid is all tied together.

Using the drywall screws and wire I placed a few of these suspension riggings along the piece to hold it in place. Once the perimeter molding was in place and secure I could finally start main beams and cross tees.
